Our process and costs:
We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service. At your visit, you will receive an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. We have opted out of Medicare or TriCare, so you cannot submit to your insurance if you are a member of either of these programs.

YOUR INITIAL VISIT – TOTAL $785
The cost of the initial office visit is $475. Saliva testing will be prescribed at this appointment and is $310. Blood testing will also be prescribed and should be covered by insurance if you do the testing at a lab that is covered by your insurance.

FOLLOW UP VISITS ARE $275.
Your first follow up visit will be 3-4 weeks after your initial appointment. At this appointment, the provider will interpret your test results and create a treatment plan.
You will be seen every 3 months until things are stabilized. Once things are stabilized you will be seen every 4-6 months. You are required to be seen every 6 months to get refills of medications.
