Get ready to reach your goals.
» Initial GLP-1 Appointment
Expect to spend 30 minutes reviewing your questionnaire, setting goals and reviewing nutrition and physical activity guidelines. Blood testing will be prescribed at this initial appointment.
» Initial GLP-1 Office Visit:
$300
» Blood Testing:
Done at your lab of choice. Your blood testing should be covered by your insurance, however it is important to check with your insurance company to determine coverage.
» First GLP-1 Follow Up Visit:
This 15-minute appointment is scheduled 2-3 weeks after your Initial GLP-1 Appointment once you have completed your testing. Test results, your treatment plan and how to administer the medication will be reviewed at this appointment.
» Second GLP-1 Follow Up Visit:
This 15-minute appointment is scheduled 6 weeks after your first follow up visit. This appointment is used to make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan and discuss your progress. You will be given a lab order to complete prior to your third GLP-1 Follow Up Visit.
» Third GLP-1 Follow Up Visit:
This 15-minute appointment is scheduled 6 weeks after your second follow up visit. This appointment is used review your blood work and to make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
» Fourth GLP-1 Follow Up Visit and beyond:
You will be seen every three months to manage medications and assess progress toward your goals.
